How we build these
Every figure comes from a public CMS source: the Unified Rate Review public use files, the CMS rate review search and the CMS Kansas rating area definitions. We record each source file's address and checksum, publish our method next to the data and never estimate, average across carriers or fill a gap with a guess. A blank stays blank.
